PAYMENTS:
We accept payment thru credit card - VISA, MASTERCARD & AMERICAN EXPRESS through PayPal. Payments through paypal must be received within 5 business days of placing your order.
We also accept money orders and cashiers checks. They must be received within 7 days of your purchase or items will be relisted. Items will be shipped once money orders are cleared through my bank (normally 7-10 days). Money orders and checks MUST be made out to Kristal Whitehead (NOT Twins Treasures).
SHIPMENTS:
All orders are shipped via USPS 2-3 business days after the
date payment is received. Twins Treasures cannot take
responsibility for delivery times after item ships.
A USPS tracking number will be emailed to you separately,
once your package has been prepared for send out.
Buyer agrees to pay a flat shipping and handling fee upon
checkout.
At this time, Twins Treasures does not ship internationally,
RETURNS:
At this time returns are not accepted.
Any changes to any of our policies will be posted 10 business days before taking affect.
